Why most of Galleria Mall Bthroom / Restroom without Air Conditions?? This has been for almost months
Today is Dec2-Saturday and it’s holiday, it’s UAE National Day..
We went to Galleria Mall to witness the fireworks .
As expected, there was a strict security in the promenade area where the fireworks will be. Unfortunately the security staff was careless with the guest stuff. My sister’s phone fell from the luggage xray machine, it was initally inside the pocket of my sister, but the security asked her to place it inside the machine xray. The phone was taken by lady security, and placed it in the machine, then it fell out from the machine.. My sister didn’t know that her phone was inside the machine, and when it fell down, both the security was just starring at the phone, no apologies or anything, there was 4 of them and it was just nothing not to mention my sister’s phone got scratches. I mean, I understand the precaution they are doing but being careless with other people’s stuff is I think unacceptable.
I just feel so upset with the action/reaction we received from the securities.
