What is a Criminal record certificate / Police Clearance Certificate?
It is an official document requested from Dubai Police / Government if a person want to do job in other country / verify criminal convicts / any case against that person. Criminal record certificate is also known as Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) / Certificate of Good Conduct. In Abu Dhabi, this service is issued from Abu Dhabi Police / Ministry of Interior (MOI)
Follow these steps to request PCC
1.Apply through MOI https://portal.moi.gov.ae/eservices/PolicingServices/Certificates/ClearanceCertificate.aspx
2. If your purpose of getting clearance certificate is for outside the UAE, select Purpose of Use column as “Outside”
3. Select the issuance of Emirate
4. Select the reason (check what are the reasons you have to choose below)
5. Select which country you would like to visit / request
6. Pay the required fees (Mentioned below)
7. You will be redirecting to payment channel https://pga.adib.ae/
8. If you pay through the card, you need to pay the service charge of 0.71 AED/- and for the bank transfer, you need to pay extra 1.05 AED
