EVENT RULES

  • All participants in all categories will run to the LEFT side of the pathway in all directions
  • All participants must wear the race bib provided.
  • All participants must run in their selected distance category.
  • Runners must follow the designated route at all times.
  • All participants must not intentionally impede the progress of another person

Emergency Contact: The emergency contact
number on race day will be (056 310 0403)

  • The Race Director will signal that the race is beginning by use of an airhorn
  • Once you hear the start sound you will have started that event.
  • Time used will be ‘GUN TIME’ meaning as soon as you here the start signal the clock starts.
  • For the 10KM Race participants, You must receive your wrist band on your second loop from the Marshals to control how many laps you covered
