- Log in with your user details
- Click “Mu Services and then “MyPO Boxes”
- You will see three dots on the right side. Click that
- Click Cancel
- Cancellation process will take 48 hours

- Owner must apply for the new lock
- Pay a fee of 100 AED along with 5% VAT
- Submit miscellaneous service form
- A letter stated that your key was lost
