- Visit the Emirates Post Happiness Center along with the required documents
How to cancel a corporate PO Box Subscription in Abu Dhabi, UAE Online?
- Visit https://services.emiratespost.ae/Portal/Login?locale=en-us
- Log in with your user details
- Click “Mu Services and then “MyPO Boxes”
- You will see three dots on the right side. Click that
- Click Cancel
- Cancellation process will take 48 hours
What if you have lost a PO Box keys / How to get a new key if you lost?
- Owner must apply for the new lock
- Pay a fee of 100 AED along with 5% VAT
- Submit miscellaneous service form
- A letter stated that your key was lost
