How to apply and obtain National Investor Number (NIN)?
- Through the SAHMI digital platform (UAE Pass registration is mandatory to use the SAHMI platform)
- Through accredited brokerage firms
- Through customer service offices at all branches of ADX
- By calling the ADX call centre number 800239
What are the documents required to set up a NIN?
- For UAE Nationals: valid copy of Emirates National ID
- For UAE Residents: valid copy of Emirates National ID and Passport
- For Non-UAE Residents: valid copy of Passport
How to subscribe for Borouge UAE IPO shares?
Submit the subscription application form to

- any of the below mentioned receiving banks or
- in ADX Prospectus including the NIN and your bank account number, full payment amount you wish to subscribe for the shares through the following ways
- Certified bank cheque (Manager’s cheque) drawn on a bank licensed and operating in the UAE, in favour of “Borouge plc – IPO”;
- Debiting a Subscriber’s account with a Receiving Bank; or
- Electronic Subscriptions (please refer to the section on Electronic Subscription in the ADX Prospectus and FAQs)
