I have lost/had my Emaar Gift Card stolen – what should I do?

If you have lost I had your Emaar Gift Card stolen you can log into your Emaar Gift Card Account and mark the card as lost/stolen. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team on 8005692589 who will be able to locate and block your Emaar Gift Card.
In both scenarios you will be presented with a reference number to collect a replacement Emaar Gift Card at any Guest Service Desks at The Dubai Mall, Dubai Hills Mall and Dubai Marina Mall.

My Emaar Gift Card has expired – what should I do?

There is a 90 days grace period for re-activation of Emaar Gift Cards with a balance greater than AED 15.
There is a fee of AED 15 to reactivate your Emaar Gift Card which will be deducted from the available balance on the card at the time of activation.
