Procedure to apply for Rwanda Visa from Abu Dhabi, UAE

Types of Visa
1. Transit Visa
- When a person travels through Rwanda in transit, they are given this kind of visa.
- Single entry visa
- any true, admissible travel document that is at least six months old.
- be requested online, at border crossings upon arrival, or at any other location deemed appropriate by the Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration.
- Valid for a duration of not more than 72 hours.
2. Visitors’ Visa
- People who are citizens or residents of nations with which Rwanda has a visa waiver agreement, such as the African Union, the Common Wealth, and La Francophonie, and who enter the country for any legitimate reason other than employment, may be awarded this form of visa.
- It is given out at the border or embassy.
- Single entry
- Free of charge
- Valid for 30 days for citizens of countries that are members of the African Union, Common Wealth, and La Francophonie, and 90 days for nationals of nations that Rwanda has a visa waiver agreement with.
