Procedure to apply for Poland Visa from Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Fill out the application for a visa and attach a photo. On this page, there are forms for applying for visas.
- Submit the form to the embassy of Poland embassy in Abu Dhabi or in the VFS center.
- Your biometric information must be provided when applying for a visa.
- The registration form must be filled out completely, including a statement of why the visitor is there.
- You can submit your visa application by Courier Company “Autolight Express” using the Classified Post Mode, which is being organized by VFS Global in collaboration with the Poland Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
Document Required
- A filled and signed Visa Application Form;
- color photograph
- A valid copy of the Passport
- A medical insurance policy
- Return ticket, a reservation for a ticket, or other documentation attesting to the use of a mode of transportation.
- a legitimate letter stating the position from the employer
- a copy and an original of the reservation confirmation for the hotel, guesthouse, lease, or another kind of lodging in the Republic of Poland.
What is the processing time?
- Within ten days of receiving a visa application, the consulate decides whether to grant it.

Types of Poland visa
1. Tourism Visa
- If potential applicants intend to travel to Poland, they can apply for a VISA for regional ethnography, pilgrimage, cultural events, and entertainment.
2. Business Visa
- This visa is for Business trips, travelers who are independent businesspeople on business trips, Drivers (international cargo or passenger transportation), Journalists
3. Study Visa
- Involvement in sporting events such as chess tournaments, dancing competitions, and others that are devoted to popular sports.

- the delivery of lectures, seminars, and other kinds of classes;
4. National Visa D
- People who intend to stay in Poland for more than 90 days total (during one or more visits) within a year beginning on the day of the first arrival may be granted a VISA type-D.
