Procedure to apply for Belarus Visa from Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Fill in the application form.
- Recent photo of the applicant.
- Include a picture of the owner. The foreign travel document must include images of any minors who are traveling with the foreigner and are listed on the entry visa.
- The document must remain valid for at least 90 days after the anticipated date that a foreign national will depart the Republic of Belarus.
Types of visa
1. Transit visa: B type
- A transit visa may be granted for travel via Belarusian territory for the required time period, up to a maximum of one year, and it is valid for two days from the date of entry.
- If a foreigner already has a visa for the nation where his or her final destination is located, a transit visa will not be provided for a single, double, or multiple transits through the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Type C Short-term visa— the validity period is up to 90 days
- for a letter that was published by a Republic of Belarus legal entity.
- a letter from a foreign firm’s representative office in the Republic of Belarus authorizing the issuance of visas to the managers and staff of that office as well as to the shareholders, managers, and staff of the international company that established the representative office.
3. Type D – A long-term multiple-entry visa
- letter from a Republic of Belarus legal organization.
- documentation from a legal entity in the Republic of Belarus attesting that a foreigner is a founder of a company there or a staff member of a foreign company that started a company there (including founding documents).
What is the processing time?
- The decision to grant an entrance visa is made by a consular officer based on the supplied paperwork and the outcome of an interview within 5 working days of the application date (or, in an emergency, within 2 working days).
What are the fees?
- 60 euros (for all visa categories with any number of entries; processing time is 3-5 business days); 120 euros (for all types of visas with any number of entries, processing within 2 working days).
- 35 euros (processing takes 3-5 working days for all types of visas with any number of entries), 70 euros (for all types of visas with any number of entries, processing within 2 working days).
