- All visitors require a valid ticket for entry, scanned at the entrance.
- GA ticket holders receive a wristband and a TicketMaster-issued ticket.
- Children under 4, seniors over 60, and POD enter free with an FOC GA ticket (for scanning). Only one caregiver per POD enters free; others need a GA ticket.
- GA tickets grant access to free offerings only.
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult (21+).
- Online GA tickets cost AED 5 less. The original TicketMaster PDF must be presented for scanning—no pictures or screenshots accepted.
- No re-admission.
- No refunds.
