You can register a missing persons report in one of the following ways:

• Contact the call center, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 600535353 (or from outside the country at 0097124186000).
• Register a lost and found report through the “Abu Dhabi Taxi” application by clicking on the “Menu” option and selecting “Complaints and Suggestions”, then “Lost and Found”.
• Send an email with all flight details and lost belongings to customerservice@itc.gov.ae.
