Abu Dhabi launches eco-friendly buses on Route 65

Abu Dhabi Mobility has converted Bus Service No. 65 into a fully eco-friendly route using hydrogen and electric buses. Part of a plan to make Abu Dhabi Island a Public Transport Green Zone by 2030, this initiative cuts carbon emissions by 200 tonnes daily – equal to removing 14,700 cars. Serving 6,000 passengers daily between Marina Mall and Al Reem Island, the transition enhances sustainability while maintaining comfort and efficiency.
