- The Judicial Department in Abu Dhabi has an online service called ‘Estafser‘, which enables the residents of Abu Dhabi to check whether the Public Prosecution requests any claims against them. To use the service, the requester must enter his/her unified number.
- Before planning your travel, you should also check and/or solve any issues that might stop you at the airport immigration counters. If necessary, you may seek the assistance of a lawyer or contact the nearest immigration/police office in your area for advice.
How to request to cancel the travel ban order?

- Check online.
- Login with UAE Pass
- Select ‘My Cases’ from the ‘Case Management’ menu. The page will display a list of cases that are relevant to you.
- You will notice numerous options, such as ‘add lawyer,” remove lawyer,’ and’request’. Click the request button.
- Fill out the form asking for information about the request and the case.
- Upload the related documents.
- Submit the request.
- After submitting the request, you must make any required payments based on your case’s circumstances.
- Click on the dashboard, then enter the reference number for your application.
- Click on the checkbox in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- A page will open where you need to make a payment.

What is the processing time?
- The application will be processed within five working days, according to the website of the Ministry of Justice. The travel prohibition will be lifted if the proposal is accepted. You can monitor the status of your request online using your case dashboard.
