What is TAMM?

Following the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan’s vision and course of providing the best governmental services, driving the development process, and supporting the progress of these services, the Abu Dhabi government is eager to provide all possible means of convenience to Emiratis and residents.

Abu Dhabi Government Service Centres aim to enable customers to complete a comprehensive chain of governmental transactions through a single point of contact, eliminating the need for customers to visit multiple government entities to complete their transactions, by providing smart innovative solutions to enhance the customer’s experience, in accordance with best global practices.

• Update Pensions or Benefits Entitlement Information.
• You can get a salary certificate with the specifics of the deductions if you’re a military retiree.
• You can apply to update your data as a military pensioner or their beneficiary.
• Beneficiaries of military pensioners can use this service to apply for a salary certificate using their bank account information.
• As a military retiree, you can apply for a salary certificate with alimony through this service (Nafaqa).
• As a military retiree, you can apply for a salary certificate with bank account information through this service.
• Request to update the Customers data
• It is easy to apply for a pensioner or beneficiary card.
• Apply for details on your salary certificate.
• If you request a change of bank account and account number, your pension or end-of-service payout will be transferred to the new account.
