- You can choose your delivery slot when placing an order.
- Orders are delivered on the same day between 12:00PM and 12:00AM every day of the week.
4. Is there a delivery charge for Spinneys Home Delivery?
- Standard delivery is free.
- Express delivery is available for AED 15 (VAT included).
5. Who can receive my delivery?
The person who placed the order on Spinneys Home Delivery must be available to accept the delivery and present either:
- An Emirates ID if the customer is a Abu Dhabi resident.
- Original passport if the customer is a tourist.
If the above documents do not match the information submitted when the order is placed, our delivery team reserves the right to withhold the delivery.
6. Do Spinneys deliver to apartments, serviced apartments, and hotels?
- Yes, they’ll call you when they arrive. If the building allows our driver to sign-in and then we will deliver to your doorstep. If the building security does not give the driver access to the building, you must meet our driver in the lobby to accept your delivery.
7. What if items are missing from my delivery?

8. How long will a refund take?
- Refund for the goods will be to your credit/debit card which will take approximately 7 working days depending on your bank.
