Topgolf Expands in UAE with New Yas Island Abu Dhabi Location by 2026
Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island is set to welcome its second major Topgolf venue, following the massive success of Topgolf Dubai. Miral, the developer behind the project, confirmed that construction is already 28% complete and the venue is on track to open in 2026.
The new Topgolf Yas Island will be developed in partnership with Viya, the authorised franchise partner of Topgolf in the UAE. This collaboration builds on Viya’s successful track record in delivering world-class entertainment destinations in the region. The project reflects a shared commitment to bringing innovative leisure experiences to Abu Dhabi. Topgolf Yas Island is designed to attract both residents and international visitors. Spanning around 6,500 square metres of gross floor area, with an additional 19,000-square-metre outfield driving range, the Yas Island venue will feature:

- Ground floor: VR hitting bay, practice and training areas, lounges, event lawn, and pro shop
