👪Can I bring my Children to attend Kayan Wellness Festival?
- Children aged 12 and under can enter for free without a festival pass.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Access to the Kids’ Hideout for under 12s is available for an additional fee onsite.
- Children over 12 require a festival pass to enter and can attend most sessions.
- Sessions marked as 16+ are not suitable for children below 16.
Duration of the sessions
Sessions across most zones range from 60 to 90 minutes, with the most common duration being 60 minutes. Talks in the Longevity Hub are 30 mins long.
Will sessions be recorded?
- No. Kayan encourages live, immersive participation. Social media content will be shared.
What are the things should I bring to attend?
- Comfortable clothing, reusable water bottle, sunscreen, hat, warm layers for the evening (it gets cold), and personal items. Bring your own yoga mat if you wish.

Can I buy tickets at the site?
- Yes, tickets will be available for purchase at the door. It’s card payment only. Purchase your pass in advance and plan your journey ahead of time for your own convenience and peace of mind.
What is included in each ticket?
All passes grant access to festival areas, except the Premium Lounge, which is exclusive to Premium Pass holders for special perks and hospitality.
Do any passes guarantee access to sessions?
All our sessions offer free walk-in access, but holders of Full Day Pass, Festival Pass, and Premium Pass can choose to pre-book select sessions in advance to secure their spots (limited slots) to guarantee their spot. This is advisable for The Soul and The Body as both can get very busy. Details will be displayed on our website. Are tickets refundable or transferable?
- No. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change. You can transfer your ticket to a friend or family member through the Platinunlist app.
Access for People of Determination
People of Determination are encouraged to attend the event, which is set in an outdoor sandy location. Attendees should be aware that some areas may not be fully accessible for wheelchairs and having assistance on hand is recommended to facilitate navigation. The onsite team will be available to provide help as needed.
