- Car: If you are coming from downtown Abu Dhabi, you can take Sheikh Zayed Road and follow the signs to the arena.
- Public transport: Nearest bus station – Al Matar Al Qadeem bus stop, which is located approximately 800 meters away.

- Under 16 years must be accompanied by 21 years+ adult.

- Strictly no readmission.
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable and are for your personal use only.
