1. Harry Potter, Warner Bros.World Abu Dhabi:

Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi is set to open the first-ever Harry Potter-themed park in the Middle East. Lord Norman Foster and is expected to open in 2024. The museum was originally scheduled to open in 2012, but its opening has been delayed several times and is now expected to open in 2025. The museum features galleries located within a mound whose shape is an abstraction of the Emirates’ geography, and above this are five lightweight steel structures that have been aerodynamically molded to serve as thermal chimneys. The museum aims to provide visitors with the values of the legacy of Sheikh Zayed and his lifelong achievements.

3. Surf Abu Dhabi:

Surf Abu Dhabi is an upcoming project set to open in early 2024 that is expected to be the world’s largest and most advanced artificial wave facility. The museum will span 450,000 square feet and be about 12 times the size of Guggenheim’s Frank Lloyd Wright building.
