Step by step procedures to apply for a Emirates Post (Empost) license?
Through online
- Fill out the application form.
- Login with the user name if you are a registered user (or) register (or) sign in with UAE Pass
- Then attach the Copy of the owner’s and partner’s passport
- Copy of the Emirates ID Card.
- Copy of the local family book
- Copy of the initial approval
- Copy of the trade name or company name
- Copy of the lease contract
- Copy of the commercial license and trading register certificate
Through Emirates post mobile application
- Download and install Emirates post group mobile app
- Click “Courier Licensing”
- Click “New License Request”
- Fill the form and submit.
- You will receive a confirmation email.

- Application form
- Declaration and pledge forms
- Copy of the owner’s and partner’s passport and Emirates ID Card
- Copy of local family book
- Copy of postal license ( main branch) +branches
- Copy of commercial register +trade license
- Copy of memorandum of association
- Copy of lease contract
